On Tuesday, January 10 (2012!), Sue Roberts from UVM's Police Department will host an open forum for all libraries' colleagues about dealing with "problem" patrons.
Please join her, and us, in the Staff Lounge of Bailey/Howe at 10 a.m. on the 10th.
